Insurance & Billing
OTAP is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are out-of-network with all other insurance companies. Upon inquiry, we can provide you with our private pay rates.

Yes, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.

We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. You may also use FSA and HSA accounts.

Services will be provided in our expansive, state-of-the-art therapy center including small private treatment rooms as well as two large sensory gyms. In certain circumstances, therapy sessions may be provided at an outside location such as a child's daycare, school, or community program.

All children are required to have a recent (within 6 months) Occupational Therapy Evaluation prior to services beginning.

Once a child's insurance benefits have been exhausted, therapy may continue on a private pay basis.

We provide therapy services to children of all ages. Our primary clients are ages birth through 16 years. For older teens, we work with families on a case by case basis to evaluate the appropriateness of our facilities to meet their teenager's needs.

Many of the children we work with also receive school-based occupational therapy services. With parent permission, we often collaborate with school-based therapy providers to best meet your child's individual needs.

Our therapy sessions typically last 30 minutes and take place 1-2 times per week. This is determined in collaboration with your child's individual therapist as part of their plan of care.
